Mr. Americanos is the managing partner of the firm, in charge of the Corporate and Commercial department, heads a team of lawyers with specializations in corporate law, M&A, tax, banking finance.
He has extensive experience in the set up and completion of complex joint-ventures and cross-border structures through the use of Cyprus vehicles and advises regularly on Corporate, M&A and Banking & Finance issues.
Mr. Americanos has contributed a number of articles on legal developments in professional journals and has participated in conferences and seminars including delivery of papers and lectures.
He is a director of a number of private and public companies and a Vice-President of the “European Party”, one of the parliamentary parties of the Republic of Cyprus.
Mr. Americanos has been appointed for a second 3 year term by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus as a Member of the Board of Directors of CYTA, the country’s national telecommunication authority http://www.cyta.com.cy/our_board_el.htm.

- Counsel in Banking and Finance project in which she advised on aspects of Cyprus law, acting on behalf of one of the biggest investment funds in Europe, for the acquisition of a retail chain in Ukraine;
- Contacted legal due diligence on behalf of a major multinational client involved in the trade of grains for the purpose of acquiring a Cyprus Company and advised during the acquisition process;
- Elected Municipal Counselor at the Municipality of Aglantzia and was appointed as president of the tenders Comitee;.

Len Judes is a member of the Israeli Bar and is the joint venture partner of Stelios Americanos & Co. He specialises in international aspects of corporate law, tax efficient structures, real estate and property law.
Len He is a member of several international tax forums such as the International Tax Practitioners Association (ITPA). Len has particular experience in advising on and putting together tax efficient corporate structures, working closely with tax experts, providing maximized efficient solutions for clients. He also offers counsel on international real estate transactions and specifically in Romania where he has been working since 1998 and advises an international Real Estate Fund. Len was for several years, a member of Staff at the Law Faculty of Ono Academic College (formerly Manchester University's Campus in Tel-Aviv) at which he taught several courses to LLB and BA (Business) students.

Mr. Michalis Louca is an external tax consultant of the firm. He is a qualified Auditor and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK (FCCA) since 1997, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants pf Cyprus since 1998. He has gained his work experience in London working for a Medium size accounting and audit firm for 3 years. Since 1996 he has moved back to Cyprus and subsequently worked as an auditor and tax consultant.
His areas of expertise are tax planning, business consultancy, audit and accountancy including special purpose investigations.
