He has experience in both litigation and corporate law and provides legal advice to many of our local and International clients. Over the years of practice, Mr Costa has gained valuable experience in drafting and studying pleadings, handling the course of civil jurisdiction cases, administrative law cases, appearing for hearings before the District Courts and before the Supreme Court (first instance and appeal jurisdiction), preparing and presenting legal arguments.

He has participated and offered legal assistance in the set up and completion of complex joint-ventures and cross-border structures through the use of Cyprus vehicles and advises regularly on Corporate, M & A and Banking & Finance issues.

• Leading Counsel in a multinational cross border transaction in which he advised on aspects of Cyprus law pertaining to various court proceedings initiated against the client;

Len Judes is a member of the Israeli Bar and is the joint venture partner of Stelios Americanos & Co. He specialises in international aspects of corporate law, tax efficient structures, real estate and property law.

Len He is a member of several international tax forums such as the International Tax Practitioners Association (ITPA). Len has particular experience in advising on and putting together tax efficient corporate structures, working closely with tax experts, providing maximized efficient solutions for clients. He also offers counsel on international real estate transactions and specifically in Romania where he has been working since 1998 and advises an international Real Estate Fund. Len was for several years, a member of Staff at the Law Faculty of Ono Academic College (formerly Manchester University's Campus in Tel-Aviv) at which he taught several courses to LLB and BA (Business) students.

• Len, regularly advises Israeli clients, mostly professionals such as lawyers and accountants on structuring tax efficient structures.
